These are the general terms of service which govern your use of The Purpose Xchange website (the ‘Site’) and its associated services. Please read these terms carefully before using this website. Your use of this Site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms of service, you should not continue to use or access the Site.
The Purpose Xchange website is owned and managed by The Purpose Xchange Limited (12482114). The Purpose Xchange Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and will communicate these changes via the user newsletter and online postings.
You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use the Site in any manner, and, if under the age of 18, you must use the Site under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult.
Copyright in all the Site material is owned by The Purpose Xchange Limited, whose registered office is at 61 Raleigh Drive, London, N20 0UX.
The Purpose Xchange does not provide advice, guidance or counselling services. It does not provide financial advice of any kind. The Purpose Xchange Limited bears no responsibility for any advice shared between members of The Purpose Xchange.
Materials on this Site are provided for the purposes of information only and should not be relied upon. Independent advice should be sought on employment, financial and legal matters. The toolkits provided in support of the courses and workshops are the property of The Purpose Xchange Limited and are not to be reproduced, shared or distributed to anyone and in any form. The toolkits are provided for guidance only to help facilitate the design and development of the members' purpose plans. They do not need to be fully completed or strictly adhered to.
The Purpose Xchange also hosts a Community platform whereby members collaborate on the design and delivery of impact projects with the objective of making positive change and impact in the world around us. The Purpose Xchange Limited does not design these projects, nor does it control the manner in which they are delivered or the benefits and impact that may result from them. The Purpose Xchange Limited does, however, record and share the positive outcomes from the projects, as part of its commitment to creating positive societal change.
Fees:
Each of the 3 workshops retail at £45 per attendee. Access to the community platform is free, but only workshop attendees are invited to join the community.
Refunds:
Workshop tickets may be cancelled via the ticket booking service, Eventbrite, with full refunds available up until 24 hours before the workshop start time.
Personal safety:
Note that there are risks inherent in participating in online forums such as The Purpose Xchange, including but not limited to engaging with strangers or people acting under false pretences. Members assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom they come in contact through The Purpose Xchange site and associated community platform(s). The Purpose Xchange Limited expects all users to use caution and common sense when using the Site and when engaging directly with other members, on Zoom, livestream, via email, telephone, in-person meetings or through other means.
